A craft grilled cheese counter on Minnehaha Avenue that is also a nonprofit. Founded in 2018 by civil rights attorney Emily Hunt Turner, the restaurant anchors a paid fellowship for formerly incarcerated Minnesotans, with business coursework and mental health support built in, and the same organization runs the nation's first prison-to-law pipeline. The sandwiches hold their own without the backstory. Closed Mondays.
