Patti Soskin’s made-from-scratch cafe, in St. Louis Park since 2005 with newer rooms on Snelling in St. Paul and in the suburbs. Part bakery, part deli-leaning kitchen, and home of the patticake: the triple-layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream that has its own local following.
